How Can I Delete My Account?

We understand that you may no longer wish to keep your Donor Profile active. Although we’re not able to delete accounts entirely, we can deactivate your account upon request.

How to Deactivate Your Donor Profile

Please see the steps below to deactivate your account:

1. 📩 Contact our Support team to let us know you’d like to deactivate your account. We’re happy to assist!
2. 🤝🏽 After receiving your request, we will reach out to your nonprofit to obtain approval.
3. ⚙️ Once approved, we will proceed with deactivating your Donor Profile.
4. ✅ We will notify you when the process is complete!

What Happens When Your Account is Deactivated?

• 🚫 You will no longer receive communications or tax documents through Overflow.
• 🗂️ Your donation history will remain securely stored to support accurate nonprofit records.
• 🔄 If you log in again using your email or phone number, or make a new donation, your Donor Profile will automatically reactivate.
