ACH/Card/Digital Wallets

If the transaction was processed within the last 90 days, we'll issue a refund. Please allow 2–7 business days for it to appear on your statement.

• ⛔ Note: Partial refunds are not available.

• 🔄 If you’d like to donate a different amount, we can refund the entire donation, and you can resubmit it with the correct amount.

ACH Donations

For ACH (bank transfer) donations, we are unable to issue a refund (or stop a transaction) while the donation is in a Processing status with your bank.

• ⏳ We'll need to wait until the transaction is fully processed before issuing a refund, which typically takes 3–7 business days.

• Please monitor your donation status in your Donor Profile and reach out once the transaction is fully posted to your bank account. 

Refund Process

1. You can either contact your nonprofit directly or reach out to our Support team for assistance. We're more than happy to help!

   • 📧 To help process your request more efficiently, we recommend including your Confirmation Number as it appears on your confirmation email.

2. You can track your refund progress in your Donor Profile. ✽

   • 📋 Refund Requested – Your refund request has been submitted successfully.

   • ⏳ Refund Approved – Your refund has been fully processed, and the amount is being prepared for release to your bank.

   • 💵 Refunded – The refund has been released to your bank, and you should see the credited amount in your account shortly.

     

3. If your refund doesn't appear after 7 business days, we recommend contacting your bank directly to check the status of the refund.

✽ Note: Refunded statuses don't apply to transactions processed through other giving platforms. Please contact your organization to confirm those refunds.

Imported Contributions

For donations processed through a your organization's previous giving platform, we recommend contacting them directly for assistance.
